We meditate. We reflect. We listen. We laugh. We notice the personal and collective transformation that occurs when we gather to harness the goodness of the heart and mind. The sense of togetherness and support—online—is warm and unmistakable.
At the heart of our approach is the paradoxical nature of meditative practice. Yes, we practice! And through practice we discover our fundamental completeness.
It's hard to remember how delightful it feels to relax within the truth of our fundamental completeness—that whatever we are trying to do, fix, or improve, there is an awakened presence within that requires nothing more and nothing less—it has been here all along.
When we finally agree to put down the perpetual doing, we begin to develop a skillful and genuine relationship with our being, our pristine aliveness that is free of our conditioned, intellectual filters—yet imbued with intuition, wisdom, and love.
Meditation teaches us to heal our relationship to the present moment—regardless of whether the present moment is pleasant or unpleasant. Our completeness becomes a reference point, signaling a calm energy throughout the body, a wider, wise perspective in the mind, and an expansiveness in the heart.
We gain the agency and empowerment to proceed into the next moment with less pattern and more potential. We more easily metabolize our struggles and awaken to the joyous, extraordinary radiance of being alive. All of this is much easier (and loads more fun) when we do it together!
Sessions
Attending regularly is encouraged, but not required. Weekly Tuesday Sessions begin with a 30-minute period of guided sitting/resting practice. Participants are supported to cultivate recognition and ease in the present moment and develop a direct understanding of what it feels like to gradually free the heart and mind. Each session ends with a short teaching and/or group reflection. Beyond our regular Tuesday session, we offer additional chances to connect through practice and community for those who’d like to join.
Supporting Your Practice
Deepening your practice doesn’t just happen during our weekly sessions—it unfolds in the regular moments of life, in the challenges and joys that arise, and in the ways we integrate presence into everything we do.
To support this ongoing process, Rainbow Mind folks receive a detailed written weekly teaching, summarizing and expanding on the themes explored in each session.
These reflections include practice suggestions and additional resources to help bridge the gap between meditation and life.
Beyond the sessions, support is always available. You are encouraged to reach out to Adam with questions, insights, or anything arising in the “laboratory” of your practice.
Private Zoom meetings can be scheduled at no extra charge for one-on-one guidance, offering a space to explore whatever is unfolding for you.
