We invite you to gather in a beautiful, communal setting as we care for our bodies, minds and hearts within the shared container of retreat.  Whatever is true for you—whatever is happening in your life and inner world—come as you are. No meditation experience is necessary. 

Retreat is a unique opportunity to learn the art of dwelling in the present moment, the place where love and growth is possible, as Jon Kabat-Zinn has said.

To attend retreat is to let go of our demanding routines and take refuge in silence, togetherness, and a slower rhythm. With mindfulness, we surrender the exhausting pursuit of endlessly edging away from the here and now. We lean into each moment as an opportunity to awaken, enjoy, and be more kind.

Over time, we begin to harmonize with the natural loving-awareness within, a pristine aliveness free from our intellectual filters, yet imbued with intuition, wisdom, and heart. We open to a kind of spacious ease that feels vibrant, joyful, beautiful, and new—yet somehow familiar.

Journaling, group reflection, and Q/A
