Weekly Sessions

  • 45-minute live sessions on Sundays at 7:30pm via Zoom
  • Guided mindfulness meditation followed by group reflection + Q&A
  • Access to high quality guided meditations that can be streamed or downloaded for daily use
  • Anyone may join at any time

Each session begins with a period of guided meditation practice. Participants may sit in a chair, on a cushion, or lie down. We’ll then move into discussion regarding meditation and mindful awareness.

Who Should Join

This gathering is open to anyone. Rainbow Mind is a wonderful way to ease into meditation and for experienced meditators to deepen practice. It is way for all of us to connect with community.
