Remembering who we are through presence, practice, and community.

"You’re perfect the way you are. And you can use a little improvement.”

~ Suzuki Roshi

Many of us tumble through life, propelled by a set of forces edging us away from the immediacy of reality. Swept into the momentum of doing, we lean ahead, ever drifting into a life that we are not living.

Presence is not a mystical or fancy thing. It is a reclaiming of the richness of being alive—a remembering of how to enjoy and how to love. It is not theory or concept, but an acknowledgment of the universality of struggle, and of our shared capacity to free the heart-mind through practice, support, and community. We are not meant to do this alone.

Every offering below—retreats, a weekly group, one-on-one support, an eight-week journey, and mindfulness in schools or workplaces—is an invitation into this remembering.

Adam Moskowitz

I help individuals, groups, organizations, and schools grow and transform through mindfulness and embodiment-based practices. I believe our personal and collective evolution depends on our capacity to see ourselves clearly and to discover a natural ease within. I create spaces where people can recognize the innate wisdom of the mind-body-heart—and let that discovery inspire their lives, relationships, and the world.
